If compressed air and industrial gases are among your biggest utility costs, the HIKMICRO AI56L is the most direct way to claw back waste. Purpose-built for leak detection only, it uses a 64-microphone acoustic array and an extended 0–96 kHz bandwidth to visualise even subtle leaks—across lines, manifolds, fittings, valves, and tools—often from the ground and at a distance.

Unlike simple “leak present” indicators, the AI56L calculates leak rate, cost, and severity in real time. That means you leave every route with quantified savings and a prioritised worklist. And with three interchangeable batteries delivering up to 10.5 hours of operation, you can complete full-shift surveys without downtime.

Focused on leaks, optimised for ROI

  • Leak-only specialisation: streamlined workflows for compressed air, inert gases, nitrogen, CO₂, vacuum systems, and more.
  • Scan more from the floor: 0.3–150 m working distance; 1–16× digital zoom for hard-to-reach areas.
  • Quantified results: real-time leak rate and cost estimates drive faster approvals and measurable payback.
  • Clear visuals: 4.3″ 800×480 touchscreen with 8 palettes; 5 MP visual camera for crisp overlays.
  • Plant-ready: IP54 protection, 1.2 m drop rating, −20 °C to 50 °C; extendable SD storage to 128 GB.

Use cases

Manufacturing & assembly: locate leaks along production lines and end-of-arm tooling. Food & beverage / pharma: protect product integrity and compliance where clean gases are used. Facilities & HVAC: reduce compressor duty cycles and maintenance. Chemicals & refining: detect pressurised leaks from safer standoffs.

Benefits you bank

  • Lower energy bills by eliminating compressed-air waste.
  • Fast route times versus point-by-point testing, with immediate photo/video evidence.
  • Data-driven maintenance supported by Analyzer Acoustic analysis and report export.
  • Full-shift endurance: up to 10.5 h runtime (3× batteries) keeps inspections moving.
