When downtime costs millions and safety is non-negotiable, you need the sensitivity, reach, and clarity of the HIKMICRO AI76. With a best-in-series 136 low-noise MEMS microphones, ultra-wide 0–96 kHz bandwidth, and long-range 0.3–150 m detection, AI76 sets the benchmark for gas/compressed-air leak detection and partial discharge (PD) inspection on high-voltage assets.

It visualises microscopic leaks down to 0.0047 L/min @ 6 bar at 0.5 m and 0.0073 L/min @ 5 bar at 1 m, enabling confident decisions from safe standoffs. For electrical reliability, AI76 recognises corona, floating, surface, and particle discharges with automatic 50/60 Hz detection—essential intelligence to catch insulation breakdown early.

Built for the biggest jobs

  • Highest acoustic resolution: 136-mic array pinpoints faint sources others miss.
  • Survey at scale: up to 150 m range and 1–16× continuous zoom for overhead lines, tall bays, and outdoor assets.
  • Quantify impact instantly: real-time leak rate, cost, and severity calculations accelerate approvals.
  • Ruggedised for industry: IP54, 1.2 m drop, vibration 2 g, shock 25 g; −20 °C to 50 °C.
  • Connected & documented: Wi-Fi/BT/USB-C/HDMI; 64 GB SD (≈18,000 images / 60 h video); Analyzer Acoustic reporting.

Applications

Power utilities & substations: scan switchgear, transformers, and buswork for PD from safe distances. Oil & gas / chemicals: inspect pipelines and tanks for faint leaks under challenging acoustics. Heavy industry: reduce compressed-air waste across sprawling networks. Clean manufacturing: verify leak-free air in pharma and food lines.

Expected outcomes

  • Catch more, earlier: AI76’s sensitivity reveals issues before they escalate.
  • Reduce inspection time: acoustic imaging can cut survey time dramatically vs. legacy approaches.
  • Document and defend: professional reports support compliance, CAPEX justification, and reliability programs.
