Underground services and utilities pose a major risk to anyone excavating in many areas. Buried power cables and pipes, as well and telecom cables can make conditions very difficult when trying to dig safely. To avoid costly and dangerous strikes to underground cables and pipes, we offer an advanced cable and pipe locator system which has been developed to locate the position and depth of these buried services in order to reduce the risk of both damaging utilities as well as preventing dangerous situations for personnel. The Testrix U-Loc cable and pipe locators offer a very powerful piece of equipment optimised for finding buried cables and pipes. The U-Loc has an extremely powerful 20-watt transmitter for longer and deeper locates and a graphical screen which shows the position of a buried cable or pipe. Our locators also work with many brands of drain & sewer cameras allowing the position and depth to be located easily.
